The camera Dolly is used in film that creates a smooth movements during filming, they are used in dolly shots. The camera is mounted in the dolly. It is used with frequent in tracking shoots, on horizontal axis. To be more easier to move dolly, you may create some fairly simple dollies. The Skate wheels dollies evolve the from ball bearing dollies and in that way it made shooting sound possible. In 1964 Jim Gordon and Cecil Love made the first field model. There are Dollies that have 2 and 4 wheels. Fisher made a dolly with 8 wheels on a truck that had 4 corners. The dolly records the shot as the characters move. The dolly shot is also known as the tracking shot. Some of the dollies could be move without tracks.
